An update on the Bring Good News International transition

“There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven.” –Ecclesiastes 3:1.

Just as we are enjoying a new season with its beautiful autumn colors, it is a new season for Bring Good News. As was announced over a year ago, Rick Wolford is the new director of Bring Good News. We are pleased to announce that the transition from Gil Lozada’s leadership to Rick’s is almost complete. Rick is excited about the future of Bring Good News and looks forward to building on the solid foundation that Gil laid for the ministry. As Rick begins his tenure at Bring Good News, here are some changes that have occurred:
Bring Good News is now officially Bring Good News International, an incorporated nonprofit organization in the State of Indiana. We are grateful for the many years that BGN was under the umbrella of South Nassau Christian Church, but it was decided that in order for the mission to grow, we needed to form our own organization. We now have a five-member board of directors and are in the process of obtaining our 501(c)(3) status as an IRS recognized charitable organization.
We have approved a new mission statement: “Bring Good News International exists to transform lives for Christ among the unreached through effective evangelism, discipleship and community development efforts.”

The ministry is now operating out of Indiana. All correspondence and gifts should be sent to:

Bring Good News International
P.O. Box 502591
Indianapolis, IN 46250

While much has changed at BGNi, one thing that has not changed and will not change is our passion to reach the lost for Christ. We will continue to work with the same partners we have had in the past and even expand the ministry into new fields of service. Rick is already familiar with many of our current partners and he looks forward to getting to know our other partners. Reaching the unreached for Christ remains our number one priority.

Even as Rick assumes the leadership of BGNi, Gil continues to be involved in the ministry as Founder and board member. If you have questions about the future of Bring Good News International, please feel free to contact either of these men.

We thank you for your prayers and support of Gil over the years and ask for your continued prayers and support of Rick and Bring Good News International.
